The subject property is located within the most Northern extent of the city of Johannesburg Municipal Area, bordering the most Southern area of City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality Area.

The property comprises of an irregular shaped vacant stand with access from African View Road via the R55. The elevation of the property is level with a slight slope to the North.
