Register on the Website Before Bidding in an Online Auction

Here is a step-by-step guide to registering on the Dynamic Auctioneers website:

Step 1: Visit www.dynamicauctioneers.co.za and click on the green Online Auctions button on the top right.

Step 2: Now, click on Register Account, located on the far right of the navigation bar.

Step 3: You’ll be redirected to a Robot Check page, which helps to prevent spam. Click on the Robot Check button at the centre of the screen to continue.

Step 4: Next, you’ll need to enter your details and choose a password. Be sure to choose a unique password, and not to use your online banking password. Once you have filled in all your information, ensure you read the terms and conditions and check the box to confirm. Click submit.

Step 5: To continue, you need to verify your account by clicking on the email link sent to your inbox. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam and/or promotions tab folders.

Step 6: When you click on the email link, you will be redirected to a verification page. Click the orange button labelled “Click here to verify your email address”.

Congratulations, you have now registered your main profile successfully!

Registering to Bid in an Online Auction

Follow these steps to register to bid:

Step 1: If you’re registering to bid for the first time, you need to update your details. You can do this by clicking the orange profile button at the top right of the screen. Once complete, click “Update”.

Step 2: Next, you need to provide the relevant FICA documents. You can also add your banking details and proof of bank account at this point, by clicking the relevant buttons in the sidebar on the left.

Step 3: Now you can choose your auction. Browse the upcoming auctions and choose one that suits your needs. When you’ve made your choice, click on the Register Here button that appears on the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 4: You’ll be redirected to a registration page. Click the orange button that appears in the centre, labelled “Click here to register your participation in this auction”.

Step 5: If you agree to the terms that are listed in the pop-up notice, click the green button to continue. If you would prefer not to register after reading the terms, you can click on the red button.

Step 6:  You have a few more steps before being successfully registered. You need to make the registration payment and provide proof of payment, and the relevant FICA documents. If you uploaded the documents correctly in Step 1, you only need to provide proof of payment to secure your registration. For your convenience, you can either make payment via EFT or PayGate which automatically pulls the payment through to the system. Rest assured that no card details are stored on our website or system.
