Is it necessary to pay marketing fees?

There is not always a marketing fee payable, although it is advised that a marketing fee is paid (especially for auction properties) we can list a for sale property and market it to our investors and potential buyers.

How long do I have to accept the offer that was received on auction?

The seller will decide on the time period they need to accept or reject an offer, it is usually between 7 and 14 days. Unless the reserve price has been met then the property will be deemed as sold.

Should I be at the property when viewing takes place?

It is advised that the seller is at the property when viewing takes place to answer any questions, if necessary. It is important to remember that the property should be neat & tidy on the day of the viewing so that it creates a good impression, remember first impressions are the most important!

Should I get a Valuation done and how does it work?

It is suggested that the seller gets a valuation done to determine the market value of the property, this will also assist the seller in determining the minimum selling price. We also provide this service to clients that are interested.
