DynamicAuctioneers

Who we are

About Dynamic Auctioneers:
twenty-one years of other people’s hard assets.

We are a South African auction house with more than 21 years of trading, based in Centurion and selling assets anywhere in the country. We treat each mandate as a matter to be got right rather than a lot to be processed: a slower way to run an auction business, and the reason clients come back.

An empty auction hall, light falling across the floor toward the rostrum.

How we work

Quality over quantity, and we mean it literally.

Our stated position is that quality takes priority over quantity, and that transparency and client service are not optional extras. In practice that means we put substantial resources into each individual matter rather than running the highest possible number of lots.

It costs us volume. What it buys is fewer mistakes, and in a business where a mistake means a sale unwinding, a mandate being challenged or a buyer discovering something after the hammer, fewer mistakes is the whole product.

Vision

To remain the leading, commercially sustainable and innovative auctioneering company in Southern Africa for many years to come.

Mission

To deliver cost-effective, efficient services to every client by continuously developing and applying divergent auctioneering strategies.

Check the numbers and the certificates

Auctions in South Africa are regulated. Property practitioners must be registered with the PPRA, and the conduct of auctions is governed by the Consumer Protection Act and its regulations. If you are dealing with an auctioneer who cannot tell you which bodies they answer to, that is worth noticing.
