We tell buyers to check who an auctioneer answers to. Here is everything you need to check us: the numbers, and the certificates they come from.
Licences and memberships
What we are licensed to do
A Fidelity Fund Certificate is not a membership badge. Under the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019, a practitioner may not be paid for work on immovable property without one. Ours is current.

Separately, we are licensed to sell movable assets under insurance number PI304271, recorded on the same SAIA certificate. The Fidelity Fund Certificate covers immovable property; the insurance number covers everything that moves.

You can also verify a Fidelity Fund Certificate directly with the PPRA, and a membership with SAIA, without going through us. That is the point of a number.

Is the PPRA a membership body?
No. The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority is the statutory regulator for property practitioners, and it issues Fidelity Fund Certificates under the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019. A certificate is not a membership badge. Ours, no. 202505011000128, is valid to 31 December 2027.
Why are there two licence numbers?
The Fidelity Fund Certificate covers immovable property. Movable assets are covered by insurance number PI304271, recorded on our SAIA certificate.
How do I check them without going through you?
Search for us on the PPRA’s Practitioner Search by our company name, Dynamic Solutions 1068 (Pty) Ltd, or our trading name, and compare what it shows with the Fidelity Fund Certificate number on this page. SAIA publishes its own list of members. The certificates themselves are in our certificates PDF.
