Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Dynamic Solutions 1068 (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2018/014769/07), trading as Dynamic Auctioneers, of 187 Gouws Avenue, Raslouw AH, Centurion. Where these terms refer to “we” or “us”, they mean that company.
Information required by section 43(1) of the ECT Act
The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 requires a supplier offering goods or services through a website to make the following available. Our signed terms of use carry an earlier form of this disclosure; where the two differ, this table is the current one.

What is being supplied, and the complaints and dispute procedure that applies, depends on the transaction. The conditions of sale published for a specific auction govern that auction, including any right of withdrawal and the application of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 where relevant. Our credentials page carries the certificates behind the registrations above.
These terms cover the website only
Participation in any auction is governed by the conditions of sale published for that specific auction, together with any mandate or bidder registration agreement you sign. Where those documents conflict with this page, those documents prevail.
Information on this site
We take care to keep this site accurate, but the descriptions, guides and general information published here are provided for general guidance and do not constitute legal, financial or valuation advice. Lot descriptions, reserves, deposits and commission are governed by the catalogue and conditions of sale for the relevant auction, not by this website.
Assets are sold voetstoots
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific lot, assets are sold as they stand, with all faults. Prospective buyers are responsible for inspecting an asset and satisfying themselves as to its condition, description and title before bidding.
Bidding
Bidder registration must be completed before bidding opens and requires the verification documents set out in the auction terms. A bid accepted at the fall of the hammer constitutes a binding agreement of sale on the conditions of sale for that auction.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site belong to Dynamic Auctioneers unless otherwise indicated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to our property portal and mine sales division, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not control.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website, as distinct from the contractual documents governing a specific auction or mandate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
